At Maa Annapurna Travels, we aim to provide reliable and hassle-free taxi booking services. We understand that plans may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Scheduled Pickup (More than 24 hours) :

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

b. Between 6 to 24 Hours Before Pickup :

A partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable service charges.

c. Within 6 Hours of Pickup or No-Show :

No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time or in case of a no-show.

2. Cancellation by Maa Annapurna Travels

In rare situations where we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or operational issues), customers will receive:

A full refund, or
The option to reschedule the booking without any additional charges

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment service.

4. Advance Payments

Any advance payment made to confirm a booking is subject to the cancellation terms mentioned above.
In case of partial refunds, service and processing fees may be deducted.

5. Special Conditions

For long-distance trips, holiday bookings, or customized travel packages, separate cancellation and refund terms may apply. These details will be shared with you during the booking process.
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund has not been processed correctly or have any concerns, you may contact our support team with your booking details. We will review your request and respond promptly.
